How about Jessica Eye and Sarah Kaufman going at it at UFC 166?

"Nice jab by Jessica" seemed to be Joe Rogan's favourite line for much of the first round as the younger, leaner American made the faster start.

The second round was the debatable one with Eye still finding the mark , but Kaufman getting busier too and landing some shots of her own.

Sarah Kaufman, sporting significant swelling under her eye as they went into the third, landed the most damaging blow of the fight as she lamped Jessica with a hard right hand that surely would've put Andre Arlovski to sleep, but the former 125 pounder's chin held up admirably as she stayed on her feet and recovered, fighting it out to the final buzzer.

Both women showcased crisp technical striking, good footwork, heart and determination but ultimately it was the "Evil" one that got the nod with a split decision going her way. Personally I don't have any problem with the decision.

Eye Vs. de Randamie or Nunes would be a great fight to see next.

IMHO Eye vs Carmouche would potentially be an exciting match-up.

UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey was recently interviewed by the Spanish-language daily Hoy newspaper and said that, under the right circumstances, she believes that she could beat heavyweight king Cain Velasquez.

    "In any given moment, under the right circumstance, I think it is possible," Rousey said of beating Velasquez when asked if she thought she could. You cannot tell me that it is physically impossible. It is possible that in any given moment that I could beat him. I simply believe in my possibilities."

What kind of idiot actually asks someone (man or woman, it's irrelevant) who fights at 135 pounds if they think they can beat the best heavyweight in the world? That's top-of-the-line stupid.

Also, I'm all for "nothing is impossible" as a motivational thing, but some things are. I'd have been much more impressed if her response was "BWAHAHAHAHA THAT'S IDIOTIC GO AWAY".

Seriously. Nobody ever asks guys from the smaller weight classes idiotic questions like that. What is it about Rhonda that makes their brains stop working completely?
