I've had a few sessions and for me the reverse facesit is the sexiest hold when done right.  I've been nearly smothered out on a couple of occasions and genuinely couldn't get out without tapping.  Robin was probably the best at this in terms of the ladies I've sessioned with.

My personal favorite is a forward facesit with bit of a twist. I like to think of it as a finisher myself.

A worn out loser is positioned on a bed, on their back, head about arm's length from the headboard.  Winner straddles their chest on their knees using their full weight to maintain the pin, clutches the loser's wrists, stretching them up and over the loser's head.  The winner scoots their left foot around the closest outstretched arm and then behind the loser's head.  The loser's head is effectively resting just above the winner's ankle now. They do the same right their right foot around the other outstretched arm.  They might need to pull the loser's head up by the hair to create enough space for their other foot.  The goal being to cross their feet around the loser's arms and behind their head. 

Once the ankles are crossed, the winner can release the wrists of the loser and grab the headboard for leverage.  Submission is obtained by some combination of:
1. Painful grinding of the winner's crotch into the loser's face.
2. Smothering action
3. Winner finishing on the loser's face.

Very humiliating for the loser. Possibly very satisfying for the winner.

My favorite is the reverse headscissor,  but I've also been submitted by breast smother which is pretty sexy.  For anyone wishing to get these holds done on them in competitive matches, I highly recommend the fighting-doll events in Brno, Czech Republic.  At events there (usually like a 350 euro event fee), sessions are 20 minutes and 100 euro (competitive wrestling only).

I would want to experience, what I already have, all over again.
Years ago...I had a session with Shannon Hall.  She placed me in a high, tight, reverse headscissor for about 15 minutes.  Her hands cupped my buttocks and she laid her head on my left inner thigh, facing inward.  Very teasing....so close and yet so far.
